We are expanding! We are in search of a sales maverick that will be able to lead in our expansion efforts. The candidate should have a strong technical as well as engineering background. Be able to get us in the room with the right people and be able to inspire our teams to better sell AVA. The position will not be limited to the above markets and may include other markets in the region. The ideal candidate needs to be multi-lingual, proficient in English and Malay.

Your role

  • To lead sales efforts in Malaysia, Philippines, and other negihbouring regions
  • To provide deep insight into the market to assist with marketing efforts
  • To identify key opportunities and prioritise sales efforts
  • To provide feedback into the product team to obtain better product market fit
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy
  • Regularly report on sales activities


  • Proven track record of sales activity in a similar field
  • A deep understanding of mining operations
  • High technical ability (we are a Software as a Service)
  • Self-motivated and a self starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate high performance sales teams
